How to apply
Complete and submit a Homes For Westminster (formerly Homeownership Westminster) registration form and we will contact you within 10 working days to let you know what you are eligible for.
**IMPORTANT - please email over all requested paperwork (as listed on page 1 of the registration form) when emailing your completed registration form to us**
Please note:
- You must be a first time buyer or you have already sold any property you owned in the UK or abroad.
- Your household income (single or joint) is below £90,000 per year (when evidencing your annual household income full disclosure and complete transparency is required)
- You should be currently in paid employment (either PAYE or self employed) and therefore able to cover mortgage or rent costs.
Registration:
Download an editable PDF version of the registration form – save it to a desktop PC*, complete it and email the form to homesforwestminster@westminster.gov.uk
*Please do not complete the form on a tablet device.
Forms should be completed on a desktop computer, with the completed form saved and emailed over to us (no scanned versions please).
PDF reader software is required to be able to view and print PDF documents, you can download one at www.adobe.com

Important:
Please note that should you find a housing solution with us you will be de-registered with Homes For Westminster. Should you wish to apply for a scheme in the future, you will need to re-register with the service.
