A maximum of 5 households will be selected to view, for 1 bedroom apartments this will be determined by qualifying households with the highest priority banding, for 2 bedroom apartments or 3 bedroom apartments priority is to families with dependent children, followed by sharer households, couples and then single applicants, also dependent upon a households priority banding. Current home owners are not eligible and should therefore not express an interest.

An offer is subject to meeting the eligibility criteria, reference, and affordability checks. 1 months’ rent and 1 month’s deposit will be required at the point of offer.  All properties are managed via Touchstone, the property managers.
