This exciting product was launched by Westminster City Council and Dolphin Living in July 2016.
The scheme offers up to 50 households the chance to receive an enhanced, gifted deposit, towards a home purchase in Greater London, after initially renting a property through intermediate rent.
Rent a property in Westminster for up to 3 years for a discounted rent (an intermediate rent).
Receive a gifted deposit after 3 years of renting of between £21,800-£54,500, to buy your own home in Greater London.
Applicants must be registered with the Homes For Westminster service and then Dolphin Living to be eligible for this scheme.
